#22 | Romania IV

Fourth day in Romania – yesterday was a fantastic day! Let’s see if I can top it today. My idea is to go to Bucharest as soon as possible to get the iPhone repaired, because there are four days of holidays coming up.

Third day in Romania, it has been a full day, during the whole morning I have been doing route through mountains and forests, passing by different monasteries and chapels and in the afternoon I have seen seven bears!

Second day in Romania. This country is amazing. Today’s goal is to cover as many kilometers as possible to get to Klush to see 2 people and see if I’m lucky enough to find a bear.

#19 | Romania I

We started the day in a new country: Romania. With a new quad breakdown. Yesterday my luggage was shaking in the potholes and made a gesture as if it would fall off. I looked around, but due to the bad weather and poor visibility I couldn’t see anything. The small problem came when I woke up and realized that I didn’t have one of the screws that held the whole luggage. I did not know where to find one of the same size to make the fix. Until I found a similar but smaller one. Once the problem of the quad is solved, I get ready to continue my route.

We woke up in Uzice, today’s goal is to do as many kilometers as possible, because I’m a bit slow since we separated the quads and buggies. Let’s see if I can change the country or stay at the Romanian border for tomorrow.

#17 | Serbia III

First day on the road alone again. I will take the opportunity to ride as many kilometers as possible, because I would like to reach the Danube in 2 or 3 days. I am currently 808 kilometers away.

#16 | Serbia II

On the 16th day of the route we woke up in Vucje (Serbia) after sleeping in an apartment rented by a Serb. Today’s route will take us through roads, forests and bushes. We will walk through the villages of Seliske, cross the mysterious Devil’s Town, arrive in the town of Kursumlija to fill up with gas, and finish with rain on the ski slope of Kopaonik, where we spent the night.

Second day in North Macedonia. We are in the village of Gostivar, next to the Mavrovo National Park, and today’s goal is to reach Skopje. The landscape is spectacular and hard to beat.
