Today I cross two continents in one day! In the only country where this phenomenon happens. I will divide the route in Turkey into 9 stages and today I hope to finish the fourth or fifth.

I wake up in the city of Yaliköy, where I am the only person in the hotel, have breakfast and start the route to the south of Turkey. A few kilometers from the start, I encounter the first inconvenience: I cannot cross the Durugöl Park because there is a gate that makes it difficult for me to get through. As I was about to turn around, a guard came out to tell me that I could not pass, but when I told him that I was not going to the campsite and that I was a tourist, he let me pass. In some cities tourists are under protection and Turkey takes good care of them.

Once through the gate, the road directed me toward the Black Sea, where I rode for a while until I reached the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge. This is the bridge that separates the two continents of Europe and Asia. It is a construction over the sea to cross from one city to the other.

From there, I have done many kilometers of mountain to get as far as possible from the stages. I passed through the small villages of Ilyasköy, Fevziye, Fulacik, Eriklitepe Tabiat Parki, Sakli Yayla Inönü and the lake of Cilekli.

Finally, I managed to measure more than 300 kilometers in total. And I went to the city of Geyve when it was getting dark. Once there, I took a shower and went sightseeing in the city, where I met Ali, who had a clothes stop and we became friends and he invited me for tea.
