Today, after eleven days in Turkey, I am leaving for Georgia! Before I leave I want to do one of the most dangerous mountain routes in the world.

The first thing I do when I wake up is look at my eye from yesterday’s sting. Seeing no improvement, I ask for the nearest hospital. They took care of me quickly and without any problems because I am not a Turkish citizen. I was prescribed a cream for the bites and an antihistamine. I put it on every day to reduce the swelling of the bite. The Turkish people are very kind, both the doctors and the people working in the pharmacy helped me with everything I needed.

When I saw that I could open my eye, I set out on the route I had planned. I passed Arhavi and turned off at that point to climb peaks of 2700 meters high. I crossed Kavak and the two bridges of the Ottoman Empire: Cifte Kemer Kopru. It was at this point that I decided to climb the most dangerous mountain route.

Passing through the incredible landscapes of Salam Selaleleri, Magara Yaylasi, Topalogu Yaylasi. Until the route did not give more of itself as I found myself in fog and could not see where I was going and besides I also arrived near the top of the mountain where I found a route full of snow. At that point I decided to go down. My goal was achieved and I was able to enjoy the views and the route.

Finally I was heading towards Georgia. When I crossed the border, there was a line of trucks waiting to cross the border. I had no problem as they let me pass. Until I reached Batumi, the second largest city in Georgia, where I stayed to sleep.
